This story happens during the sword thief, after the clue hunt, and a few flashbacks from the past. Amy was heartbroken, at one moment she and Ian were working fine together until Ian and Natalie Kabra trapped Amy Cahill, Dan Cahill, and Alistair Oh in a coal mine. She had tried to call Ian to help them but he did not. A/N: I do not own the 39 clues or the characters.

A month after defeating the Vespers and saving the hostages, Dan is struggling with nightmares, flashbacks, and guilt. Trying his best he hides it from his sisters until the infamous Ian Kabra walks into the house now Dan's just a hidden emotional wreck. There is no way to escape from the torture and guilt for those he has contributed in helping kill... or is there? When Dan gets kidnapped by an organization called SCORPIA and given the choice to join them will he? Or will he fall into the ever continuing role of a hero? he might even meet the famous Alex Rider. This FanFic takes place right after The Day of Doom, Dan is 14 and After Scorpia Rising, Alex is 14. Anything you recognize does not belong to me.

This is my contribution to the prompts the mods/admins were giving us the month of April for Worlds)(Collide. Which is why I wasn't updating anything else, so I thought you should know. Worlds)(Collide is a mashup thing for The 39 Clues, Infinity Ring and Spirit Animals. At the end of the month, the editors will be combining everyone's entries into one huge awesome mashup story! This is NOT the real 39 clues it is a fan fiction book Dan,Amy, and Nellie are back at it the teams are against each other again. Ms.Pluderbottom has finally been defeated and this is the last clue! If you thought the last clue was the Cahill serum was the last clue your wrong.
